These Refund Terms are designed to clarify the criteria for refunds in connection with the use of services provided through the mobile application (the "App") of [app name] (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "our"). • User's email address (the account used to sign up)
• Payment details (including screenshots)
• Reason for requesting a refund
• Date and item of payment

3. Google Play Store / Apple App Store Payments

3.1 If the user made a payment through an app store (Google, Apple), the refund policy is governed by the respective store's policy.

3.2 Please request a refund through the respective store's customer center.
